ISO is used to expose your scene.If you want to shoot in low light and other parameters are set as per your rewuirement then you need to increase ISO value to get brighter image

At your current ISO, if your photo is getting under-exposed, then you need to bump up your ISO up to certain limit, because you will be adding NOISE too if you select very high ISO like 1600 or 3200

Hi sandeep you not mention the day time u r shoot? as per light condition, you should measure the light with light meter or use program mode read value of av and tv as per your iso than go to manual mode shoot the pic. i hope this will solve your problem thank you regards

Keep the ISO level to the camera's default. Increase it only when you can not achieve enough exposure (light) using your camera's shutter speed and aperture. For example you want to shoot a moving object and want to freeze the motion, so you need a high shutter speed. now you already have your aperture widest open. But still the image is lacking light, so you increase your ISO to achieve proper exposure. Do keep in mind that increasing ISO will decrease the clarity of your photo. read less

When you finalise your shutter speed and aperture and you get underexposed photos. You increase your ISO to get brighter images but it adds noise/grains to your photos.
