I will give you a general idea as you have not mentioned things clearly if you are looking to develop soft skills, identify what soft skills you are looking forward to.
In today's time in the organization, there is a lot of skills which is a basic need like communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, etc. Once you clear find a correct mentor or coach who can help you to uplift you as this will help you in your career growth as well. For hard skills, you need to check what are the latest development happening any new tools or software if available, get updated on those tools.

I would suggest being little more precise on what you want to rectify, as the soft skill is a vast domain comprising of communication, interpersonal, verbal and non-verbal skills, etc. Once you are clear, you would need the right guidance or proper mentor who can help you to achieve your desired results. I come across so many students who are good at presenting themselves, but they lack the style to create that impression. Some of them are struggling with the basic things they can't communicate even though they have good ideas. Make sure you are aware of it.
