Little About Me:
Coming from having an extensive background in dance and fitness, as well as exploring Engineering/Scientific side of mine, I always constantly wanted to find a way through harmony between mind & soul - A state where one is Free of all sorts of Mental and physical sufferings! While practcing Yoga as a kid with my dad- I awakened my soul to a higher self. Not only it had miraculously benefited myself but also to my family and surroundings. Seeking an opportunity I completed my International Yoga teacher training with specialized trainings in Vinyasa flow, Hatha Yoga and Aerial Yoga from a well known Yoga academy based in India - Exhale Yoga school, affiliated with YogaAlliance USA. As a part of my journey through awakening of self - I hope to share the wisdom with all of you to create a Positive circle of our mind and body! May we empower one another and grow together. Cirrently I'm training multiple clients online in India and USA utilizing my skills to improve their overall well-being.
