IPB is an initiative of Success Steps Pvt. Ltd. (SSPL) and was founded under the advisory committee of S. Jasbir Singh, retired General Manager, Oriental Bank of Commerce, S. Harpal Singh, retired Field General Manager, Punjab National Bank and S. Gurpreet Singh, Ex. Vice President of HDFC Bank.

IPB works with multiple banks / BFSI sector for placement and offer programs for a variety of student segments ?? whether it is graduates seeking banking careers or banking professionals looking to upgrade their knowledge.
