Certifications and degrees I am holding: ACE, BFY (personal trainer), B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed.
Here is some info about me along with my achievements: I was playing sports as every person does in their younger age, I won so many events in intramurals then I represented my school in kabbadi and volleyball.
In college, I pursue my sports with same kabbadi and volleyball with representing my college in the intercollege meet. And I started playing powerlifting in the open match; there I became state champion in junior as well as senior state championships. In Junior nationals, I concede the 4th place in my weight category. I played powerlifting only for 18 months. Along with that, I represented my college in weightlifting as well.
After that, I get into studies, and I did my education in sports and fitness. I already share my degrees and certificates with you. And still, I am learning new things related to health issues and researches.
My students are achieving well at right level even in international level as well. I am a conditioning expert and deal with every sport and situation.
