Ma'am was very much supportive during the period of coaching to solve these problems. Everyday she checks whether I have made any mistake while speaking during the day. "Had opted for her classes, paid 5k in advance. As I am a working professional, I did tell her before joining the classes I won't be able to come to classes everyday, she was okay. Attended 3-4 sessions, got to know her skills. She was good but the lack of interest she showed while taking the sessions made me think I made a blunder by joining her classes. She would keep using her phone during the session, don't give any attention, don't suggest anything proactively unless you ask. As I was not able to attend the sessions because of my job I requested her to 2k out of 5k that too for around 4-5 sessions of 1 hour daily. But the lady never paid back my money, I had to go my home because of my uncles death and I got stuck in personal problems I told her the same. She didn't give a d*mn. As she was like other money minded people or English classes institute. She would call me and message before joining her classes and remind me but the day I paid the money, d*mn. She never dropped a single message saying are you coming to classes? Because she has the money. This is what these people do. Madam, Rajani 5k is nothing for me but you claim yourself a teacher and cheat people,does'nt behoves you. Be careful! Whoever is thinking to attend her classes, once you pay the amount, you're gone. "

"While joining to the class, I was in dilemma that whether to join for I lLETS or other courses. Then I clears my doubts with Ranjani mam, she suggested me that I should do grammar class and later join for ILETS. Then I joined for Grammar class, she used to teach me very nicely. Initially I had lot of grammar problem. Now it has improved a lot. The tutor is very friendly and gave time to everything separately. She is intrapersonal so we can ask any doubt.Now I am going to join for the ILETS. "
