Cut all your junk food, Cut your sugar and salt level intake, no coke or Pepsi, no pizza's and regular workout will give you flat stomach.

First ask yourself how much weight you want to put? And what are your diet plans before taking a supplement. If you are doing regular weight and eating good and still no result then go for supplement, or else increase your protein intake through your natural diet. You will gain weight in this process
