MTI stands for abbreviation Mother tongue influence. We tend to speak in English with words that are inclusive of (or mixed with) dictionary words as learnt in our mother tongue (native language). This makes English sentences grammatically incorrect.
One can solve this problem by noting each word or phrase used in native language while speaking in English, look up its dictionary synonym in English and gradually practise to substitute it with English words. The practice is the key. The more reading/speaking practice once does, faster will be the learning.
