I am a Yoga Instructor.I have been teaching yoga from the past 20+ years.
I am have been trained and certified from Sri Iyer Yoga Institute.
I work as Yoga Instructor for almost 20 years in Mirambika school,JP nagar and Jnana Vignyana,Padmanabnagar.
I have conducted classes in
1.dhramagiri yoga kendra for 2 years(1993-1995)
2.Uma maheshwara yogakendra for 13 years(1995-2008)
3.Durga parameshwari yoga kendra for 6 years(2008-2014)

Along with that i tutor yoga at many students place since 2000.

My accomplishments include:
1.5th place in International Yoga competition in 1991,held at Jigani,Bangalore
2.4th place in zonal championships,1992
3.5th place in state level yoga competition in 1992,held at patanjali yoga kendra

I am open to offline and online yoga instructing.
