Babies are born swimmers, one can start from birth. The more the child practices, the more they earlier they build confidence . When it comes to babies who don't, then starting from 2 - 3 when they can start to comprehence terms like breathe in and out, turn, kick with hips etc

Terrestrial organisms like Camels, giraffes, porcupines, rhinoceros can't swim in the water. However, there is an exception to the sea animal Whale who can swim underwater but cannot breathe under water.

It depends on where you stand physically. Swiming is the best low impact way to condition your core and improve your stamina. Babies are born swimmers but with time they forget how to too. So practice using the right technique and you just stronger with time, picking up different styles while also challenging... ...more

So practice using the right technique and you just stronger with time, picking up different styles while also challenging yourself to deeper waters

Well, babies are born swimmers... So to practice their skill before they forget it is the task at hand.. there is no better way, just the right way that is tailored to each body type.

Id say, don't look at it as the scariest thing while swimming .. the number of drowing dealth is bleek but then again to distract yourself from this fear is to develop the skill to concentrate on what you must do next.
