Baking Classes
"I went for Manish Gaur's baking classes in 2002, when the institute was very new. 21 years later, I still remember the lessons taught then! Through out the years I have been making cakes for occasions that have pleased friends, families and others. The concepts are taught right from scratch and can be understood by anyone with little to no prior baking knowledge. Emphasis is given to practical classes too. I might go back here for a refresher course soon. Thank you Gaur sir for the valuable knowledge you have imparted all those years ago! "

"I called ibcablr to find about the courses they are conducting,and also about the materials. They answered well.So I went there,but there nobody is ready to answer.They simply said "I don't know " and also they said "you ask the same person whom you spoke with". Finally I didn't get any info about the course. Then I checked the items they are selling..believe me it's too expensive. I checked plunger cutter's price ,out side it is 165 to 180,but here 400 rupees(same brand), Check their website for the price. I wasted my time and money to go there."
