As a developer and software professional, I have over 12+ years of experience in Software & IT world. I have been working in iOS application development since 2011 and have expanded into all Apple platforms application development since then, thus expanding my horizons continuously. As a result, I always consider myself a developer rather than a traditional trainer. For past one year, I have been working as a freelancer who has enabled me to gain immense experience and insight into my arena of expertise (namely being iOS/watchOS/tvOS). From framework development to working on applications in various domains such as IoT, Banking etc. I continuously improvise on training mechanics including topics/approaches etc.
I focus on fundamentals. Hence my training never starts with iOS; it always starts with language. This applies to anyone new to development.
I focus on hands-on and learning by doing. I welcome questions, but not theoretical, rather questions on the code. I am quite strict when it comes to fundamentals.
I do cover training's of individual modules etc. for experienced people.
My pricing probably is a little on the higher side compared to others, but I do justify the cost on the effort I put in to ensure person learns from me from an industry perspective.

What is the difference between Alamofire and SwiftyJson?

Alamofire is a networking stack framework while SwiftyJSON is library used for handling json to foundation/swift objects and vice versa.

I would say, kindly consider your pocket for same, since all apple systems are appropriate for ios Application development. A basic application development can be easily done on even a macMini. Which configuration of a 27? iMac should I buy for programming iOS and web development?

27inch iMac base configuration are good enouogh for basic development. In case you need to beef up the configuration, you can easily install additional RAM and add an additional monitor.

How do I make an attractive UI for iOS applications?

Very very exhaustive question....coz there is no one parameter which can help u get the work done, it goes at various levels: animations colors presentation controls etc...all above are customizable in iOS, so based on ur depth, knowledge etc, you can design a UI as per your expectations
