I believe strongly in promoting self learning, I teach through LABs based on real time scenarios I have faced, through which I shall impart the learning and experience of working in real Enterprise networks. A Network Engineer always has to be an improviser, he should know his concepts absolutely so that no matter what hardware is thrown at him he can deal with them. A Network Engineer is also supposed to know about everything in his infra, starting from Servers to the most complicated application databases as his Network ensures everything works.
