"Since living in Hsr since years so have been to many gyms. And my only criteria to select the gym was the less crowd. After joining I requested for a schedule for exercise which the trainer postponed and asked me to do cardio only. The heavy cardio went on for a week everyday and when asking for what to do next, the trainer very rudely said that first keep 5k in my hand and then i will tell you what to do next as i have spent 30k in my training or I will not let you do anything except cardio. I am very politely requested the staff to get me a schedule but all in vain. Because of busy schedule i somehow used to take time out for gym and with such demotivating trainer i stopped going to gym for which i had paid for a year. If you are not a regular one and not a body builder then you wont be given any attention/ value. "
