I have been a sports professional in various sports from years. I am a partime badminton coach and a national badminton player and a fitness instructor alongside. During this quarantine I have understood that it's really very easy to slip into a routine without workout but you gotta give your body an hour of your time. The whole point of this quarantine should be that you come out better mentally and physically.
