With a background in yoga, meditation, pranayama, and various cleansing techniques, I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to guide clients towards their wellness goals. My qualifications include a diploma in yoga, yoga certificates, as well as a certificate in public speaking, allowing me to effectively communicate the principles and practices of yoga to a wide audience.
At our studio, we prioritize the individual needs and goals of each client, offering personalized instruction and guidance. Whether online or offline, our sessions are designed to be interactive and practical, providing clients with the tools they need to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. We offer both one-on-one and group sessions, catering to individuals of all levels and abilities.
Our sessions are held in the morning from 10:30 to 11 am and in the evening from 6 to 7 pm, providing flexibility and convenience for clients with busy schedules. During these sessions, we focus on practical techniques and interactive discussions, allowing clients to deepen their understanding of yoga and meditation practices.
