I am an Engineer pursuing MA in Bharatanatyam from the Bangalore University. I have been learning Bharatanatyam from the last 17 years and have been teaching it for the past 8 years. I have pursued Vidhwath in Bharatanatyam and senior in Carnatic music from the Karnataka board. I teach Bharatanatyam to interested students at Gavipuram and Kumaraswamy layout. Now, I am continuing my classes online. I have given around 500 solo and group performances across India which were well recognised by the audience. Some of the programs were also government sponsored. I also run a YouTube channel - Nartita, where you can find my latest dance videos.
I am a certified Yoga instructor from the S-Vyasa University. I also conduct online Yoga classes.
I have taught English, Science and Mathematics subjects for the students in different schools while working in a NGO for the last 3 years. I am trained in the 5-E and phonics approach to teach the students. I am conducting individual classes to interested students online.

How difficult is dance to learn?

If you are willing to move your body and let it go, then dance is not difficult. Dance just asks for your passion, dedication and most importantly consistency in the both above.

Should bad dancers dance regardless of looking silly?

Exactly there are no bad dancers. You dance to express yourself, for your own happiness. There will obviously be people who will like your dance and a few who will not like it, you just dance and find your happiness. 😊

Will the online tutions help me study and score high during lockdown?

Definately yes. Since most of the online classes are individually based, you get a better opportunity to connect well with the tutor. As Kishan has told, you can also clarify any doubts regarding the subject without any hesitation.
