  2. Combine it with reading anything each day - whatever you like, a book, a newspaper, an article etc. My suggestion - start reading something that interests you say Bollywood or dance, etc. 
  3. Watch movies with English subtitles.
  4. Whenever using Instagram, Facebook, etc. read the captions which are in English.

Follow the 5 step method:

  1. Make a to-do list and have small targets for each subject to start with. (begin by devoting just half an hour to a maximum of 3 subjects each day and keep changing the combination of subjects)
  2. Time yourself: when you sit to study for one subject, start the timer and make sure you gove complete attention for half an hour.
  3. Have a glass of water: When you sit to study a subject, place a glass of water you can drink after completing the half an hour slot of your subject.
  4. Take an hour break between any two subjects (or a time that suits you)
  5. Make sure you complete your to-do list by the day end, if not, dont worry. Try again!
  6. Lastly, to make this a habit, practice it for 21 days and wait for the magic to happen.
