I Meenakshi Dakshineshwar, known amongst friends and family as Parvathi Chandramouli am certified by Sivananda Yoga to teach traditional Hatha Yoga. I conduct Hatha yoga classes under the banner "Kechari - The Hatha Yoga Studio" from my residence.

I used to be a media professional and quit to teach Yoga and Meditation. I am initiated into Rajayoga in Siddha Parampara. I also teach meditation under the banner Kulaantika Foundation.

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga since she was 5 yrs old and specialising in Sivananda style of traditional Hatha Yoga since 2008 and am certified by Sivananda Yoga to teach. I've also been initiated into Rajayoga in Siddha Parampara and I'm a Lalitha upasaki and a direct disciple of late Prof. Seshan a.k.a. Amritapadaananda who is a disciple of Vedadri Maharshi, Amritanandanatha Saraswati of Devipuram, Enomiya Lassale and Krishnamacharya. I follow Samayachara path as advised by my Swaguru Amritapadaananda.

Studio Kechari supports people looking for fitness, flexibility, wellness, immunity, balance, mindfulness, holistic living and weight loss through yoga & pranayama, shatkarma and Yoganidra. We are trained to teach pre/post-natal women and kids.

Kulaantika Foundation teaches advanced pranayama, and meditation techniques.

We equip our students with personal workout regimes for off days and for during travel. We also provide dietary advice for a holistic living. Our teaching module includes Jnana, Bhakti and Karma yoga capsules for a complete yoga experience.
