Overview

I am a qualified Pastry Chef. I have been making Eggless Celebration cakes and desserts since 5years. My Pastry degree has widened my horizon of knowledge from Wedding and Birthday cakes to French Pastries and Breads. I have been training young girls to have a future in pastry. The same has given me exposure multiple times in print, television and radio media.

Along with having a knack in the dessert and bakery section of food, my key skills lie in understanding ingredients and recipes. Which have progressed me to a new path of mastering age old Indian recipes and many other from around the world. From Punjabi food to Mexican to Gujarati , there are now multiple cuisines that find my close attention.

As the times have been, healthy eating is the future. My purpose is that each one can make food that they like and that which suits them for years to come. To aid it, I offer Gluten free and Vegan food workshops too.
