First of all, a good number of our population, never think about planning. Secondly, they never imagine about their life, after retirement.  However, after actively working for over three decades, once they hang their boots, reality strikes them, when there has not been any planning.  Retirement Planning is not just money or financial security alone.  People fall sick and become old, after retirement, because of not being busy, preoccupied or actively engaged.  My training covers all those above the age of 45 years how to plan their mental, physical and financial wellbeing after retirement.  This course has been conducted in a few organisations very successfully and well appreciated by the participants.  I have quite a few activities, tools, and good number of videos in my course.
