"Yoga is a very mandatory part of ubiquitous life. All must do yoga 15-30mins a day. But taking yoga class from Monalisha Mam is very amazing. I have been attending her classes which gives me satisfaction of my level. My demand was belly fat reduce and average weight maintain, which is fulfilled from Monalisha mam's yoga class. Her yoga classes are very much effective, nice and fruitful. Before attend couldn't taste the effectiveness of classes. So let's try it once. "
