IdentityI am a fitness instructor. I have trained many students until now. With the experience of ten years now, I have a detailed understanding of how to guide them. For me, having a healthy body is more important than looking great. Maintaining the proper diet and regular fitness training can keep any disease at bay.
I have completed my IT Diploma from Bangalore but still wanted to pursue a career in personal training. Each person has a different requirement and body shape. So the training programme also varies a lot. I have been a certified fitness trainer and bodybuilder since 2015 and immensely enjoying my profession.
My students contact me to gain weight, tone their bodies, and even for bodybuilding. I help my students with their special requirements as this one. However, even then, I also suggest they maintain a healthy diet and follow a regular fitness regime. Doing this will help them to be stable and healthy for a long time.
