Myself an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Panchkarma Specialist and a Yoga Instructor. During my Practise of 10 yrs, I found that most of the health problems are now Lifestyle-Related and unless we adopt a healthy lifestyle, treatment is incomplete. Yoga is the Best solution as it brings Positive changes both physically and mentally.
So, I started incorporating Yog in my Treatment Plan and it works wonderfully.

I have done Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University & Doctor's Yoga Training Course from Patanjali Yogpeeth, Hardwar. During my Ayurveda Practise of 7 yrs I found that most of the health problems are now lifestyle related and unless we adhere a healthy lifestyle, medicines alone won't help. Yoga is a best solution as it brings positive internal changes in us. So I planned to start teaching Yoga along with my practise. I have been practicing Yoga myself from past 10-12 years
