Full Stack consists of 3 categories.
1. Front End Technologies like HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript (Angular JS / React JS / jQuery / Vue / Plain Java Script) etc..
2. Middleware Technologies like Node JS, Java Spring / Hibernate / Dot NET / PHP etc..
3. Backend Technologies like MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle etc..
To become a fullstack developer you can choose any technology from each category above.
Since you have mentioned for Full Stack JS Developer, you need to choose the popular in market or as per your project requirement. i.e Angular / React JS, Node JS, MongoDB (in case of noSQL) or MySQL.

Since you already have knowledge in Angular JS, you can strict to Angular technologies. Though there are lot of changes happened after Angular 2. The fundamental concepts are the same. At the same time to survey in market, you can gather some knowledge on React JS. Angular is a framework whereas react js is a library. My suggestion for you is to become an expert in Angular 5 but good to know what is there in React JS.
