I am a professionally trained pastry chef. I have been baking for 20+ years now. I decided to turn my passion into a profession and got certified by City&Guilds as a pastry chef. I have recently started taking baking classes from home. I do group as well as one on one classes for baking. I focus on teaching the basic, intermediate and advanced principles of pastry which include basic breads, cookies, tea cakes, cupcakes, layered cakes, tarts, puff pastry, french desserts and much more.
