IdentityTeaching was never in my mind till I resigned from my previous job and started taking tuitions 4 years back for academically weak students of my neighbors. That was the time when I realized my skill and interest in teaching. I was proud to see my students standing at par with other students.
I believe that with changing time even the methods of teaching should be aligned so as to keep up the interest.Gone are the days when learning involved only the bookish knowledge, today their is a demand for more interactive modes of teaching and learning.This is the phase where we learn gradually understanding the concepts both literally and practically. For example teaching toddlers are the most difficult as compared to the elder section of students but with them even we learn a lot.
I believe that there are no boundaries for learning.The more you learn the more you feel the thirst to learn more.While conducting my tuition classes I learned a lot from my students and shared my experiences every now and then with them.
