Overview

I am an MBA by education and I worked at a reputed investment bank. But I realized that music, rhythm and movement is what keeps me alive and I had to do it to stay happy. I am dancer by passion and I love it. I am extremely dedicated and integrity is key to how I function. I have over 14 years of experience in Bharatanatyam. I have learnt from 4 gurus and I continue to learn. I have completed my Junior and senior exams in Bharatanatyam. I was unable to take my Vidwath exams due to my career and then my maternity. I have also taught in the USA. I lived there for 4 years and in these years I had a dance school, co-founded a non-profit for dance and performed at various prestigious platforms. I have also taught various master classes and lecture-demonstrations at Universities. Please do get in touch with me for group or personal lessons. I am also open to doing choreography for events.
