My method of teaching also invloves a lot of body conditioning and strength along with keep the traditional form alive. My dream is to create more dancers and to give little knowledge i know and spread this culture.

I am a non dancer since my childhood 

And now I'm 18 so can I practice and become a good dancer? 

Definitely yes. There is no age bar to learning an artform. My mom started learning at the age of 48. And is turning out to be a good dancer. w\With practice and dedication it's possible.

Is there any form of dance that can be learned for free?

No, every form comes with its own price. The teachers work really hard for their leaarning and that doesnt come free. Its the value gor thrier learning and their commitment, harwork and effort.
