Business System Analyst/Product Owner with over all 6+years of industry experience and complete knowledge of various business analysis methodologies including Requirement gathering, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),Business Process Modeling, System Analysis, Scrum, Data migration, application migration, and Quality Assurance projects focusing on the retail, healthcare and eCommerce Industry. My roles and responsibilities included communicating business requirements, Customer requirements, validating functionality requirements, handling functional queries and change requests. My work profile also includes requirement analysis, data analysis, requirement management, business process engineering, business planning, business modeling, business writing and change management. I had experienced in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile (Scrum) process including Requirement Gathering & Elicitation, Impact Analyst, Designing & Documenting architecture, and detailed application specifications, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Implementation and Post-Implementation Support. I worked in agile environment as well where I have experienced about scrum process including all the roles and artifacts of scrum process. I have gained expertise in different technologies like MVC Web Development Frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Symfony), Node.js, CMS Applications (Wordpress, Magento), Swift & C#, ASP.NET, Databases (SQL, MongoDB, and Oracle).
I hold certified Scum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications certified by Scrum Alliance. Previous to this I have completed my MBA (Marketing and Finance) from SDMIMD, Mysore and B.Tech (Electronics and Communication) from ICFAI University, Dehradun.
