In my Studio 26 we take Zumba classes from professional instructor. As AFFA certified Zumba instructor I am always fascinated to fitness field. Clients who joined Studio26 are getting great health benefits , overweight clients reduced by 2kgs to 5 kg. Yoga classes are taken by professional yoga teacher who is well experienced. Mats are provided by studio. Body conditioning class will be conducted once in a week to keep clients strong . We have a package of yoga, Zumba & Body conditioning in a reasonable fees.
Studio 26 also conduct Contemporary dance for Kids for which many kids joined & enjoying & spending their weekends in fun & healthy way. We also conducts Bollywood dance for kids. We also have instructor for Bboy, Free style dance & Bharath Natyam.
If anyone wants the personal class we provide them accordingly. So in our Studio 5yrs to 70years can participate without any fear.
It is located in central Bangalore. So travelling to this place is very easy.
Our studio is fully equipped with A/C , cushioned wooden floor, wash room & changing room to him or her separate. We have modern lift with inverter which starts functioning within 10seconds.
We have Bose music system which makes the music melodious.
We have trainers who will train the clients very best. In Zumba we have all licenced instructor from Zumba LLC. They incorporate Latin songs, western songs with our own Bollywood songs to make the class more interesting. Thanks.
