I am Master of Sciences graduate in Yogic Sciences and have been a practitioner.
I have been tutoring interested candidates on Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation techniques all though. I have been a lecturer in colleges teaching yoga as part of its curriculum. Recently i have been Ayush appointed Yoga Instructor and have offered my services to increase yoga awareness among general public. I also am experienced in Yogic therapies for healing and general health.

My philosophy of Yoga is to practice it closer to the original Patanjali Sutras and i give a lot of importance to breathing techniques along with Asanas.
