Overview

Teaching has been my passion though not as a full-time job. I have been been giving home tuition since my college days. The joy that I get when I see a student having moved from one level to another level of understanding and maturity in the subjects I teach, is what drives my passion.
I have immense amount of patience and try to go down to micro-levels to ensure complete understanding of the subject. I also take the help of visual aids to enhance the grasping power of the student.
I prefer having different batches for various classes.
The fee has not been mentioned as it will depend upon the no of subjects the student opts for, the board and the class. One need not opt for all the subjects. So one can choose the subjects that I teach and opt for those only.

"When I came on the first day to meet my teacher, I was not capable of writing a single sentence without making grammatical mistakes. I am grateful, that I got a teacher like her. I used to have very bad pronunciation but she corrected me, as I was not aware how to pronounce‘s’ and ‘sh’. Also she taught me a lot other than English. She always cares for her students. I have seen people who are not capable to speak in English, despite staying in Bangalore for over 40 years. Hence I do not want to be a part of them, of that I am confident. My English and social skills have improved a lot. I have been learning with her for nearly two months. I am lucky to have got her as my teacher. "

Can I make progress when I speak 1 hour per day in English?

You will definitely improve your English if you speak for an hour or more per day...it would greatly help you if the person with whom you are speaking also has a good hold over the language.

The English word 'deplorable' (an adjective) can mean wretched condition or disapproving so : Your deplorable manners make me feel ashamed. Or how can you live in such deplorable conditions?

What's the meaning of "blend in with somebody," like in this sentence, “This teacher is capable of blending in with the students.” Does it mean the same as "identify with somebody?"

'Blend in' would mean close to the meaning of mixing up so well so that the person does not stand out. SO the opposite of 'blend in' would be 'stand out' ' be different'. Whereas 'identify with' could mean understands very well and be in sync with.

For immigrating to Quebec, can you take points in levels A1 to B1 in the French language or not?

For migrating to Quebec, if my understanding is correct the level that you need to be definitely at is B2.

What's the difference between the French words for a paperclip and a trombone?

Many words in French sometimes are actually duplicates but we understand the meaning of the word through the way it is used...like the word for the musical instrument "Trombone" will most likely be used as "jouer le trombone" i.e. to play the trombone instead of the paper clip.
