For the last four years I have played the role of a soft skills trainer delivering a university credit course to the Engineering, Business and various other PG students of Amrita University.
My background of education is BBM followed by MBA and I have worked with well known corporate housed like Infosys, GE Money, BOA, Accenture etc., before migrating to T&D. I express my strengths in communication, developmental HR initiatives like training and development as well as facilitation and mentoring of students.
It was my privilege to impact 3500+ students through a combination of training, coaching and counseling in the placement process.
As a valuable member of the Corporate and Industry Relations (CIR) Department I have had the opportunity of morphing into an L&D professional. I have acquired expertise in areas like entrepreneurial development; soft skills course delivery, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and student performance analysis.
In order to cap these experiences I pursued my Post Graduate Diploma in T&D from ISTD (Indian Society for Training & Development).
