"When I joined my DevOps role, I sought to enhance my skills through coaching and discovered Mr. Kumar's coaching services via a Google search. I enrolled in his Multi-Cloud coaching program covering AWS and Azure, and the experience was exceptional. "I am a 5 years IT experienced System Engineer in a Top MNC. I have been pursuing a shift to Cloud cum DevOps roles. I learnt some of the AWS modules by myself. I felt I could get some live similar tasks experience also for interviews. I found Mr. Shanthi Kumar V, does coaching the people on the live skills for Cloud and DevOps, where they can help to rebuild the profile in a realistic way. "I am from IT fulfilment life cycle and presales background, with a B.Tech[CSE]. I wanted to convert into Cloud Presales role as it has demand. Which is a complete role conversion. I consulted Mr. Shanthi Kumar V. He advised me to take his one on one coaching/mentorship to build me as Presales Engineer. I followed his sessions/guidelines. I could do some projects/POCs/Presentations in AWS and also GCP, as per his course standards. I have used these content in my resume as per his advise. It started getting the recruiters calls. I found the value of my profile resume in the IT market. Among the best offers, I have chosed a role “Sr. Business Analyst and Presales Engineering”. With this I got 110% hike. And I joined in the AWS/GCP cloud services company in this role. I found Mr. Kumar’s realistic project tasks delivery oriented course/coaching was so helpful to uplift me and my profession into the global IT market. I am enjoying my Multi Cloud role. "I am from Test Engineer role. I have undergone trainings from top notch companies on AWS Cloud and DevOps, I could not succeed in the interviews. They were expecting live similar tasks experiences. I joined with Mr. Shanthi Kumar V as intern to do POCs, even though the fees budget was high for me. I could do many live similar tasks as POCs with his guidance/coaching and mentorship. I have made my resume with these POCs and uploaded into job portals. I am surprised to see my first interview call itself from top notch IT MNC. And they have completed the hiring process within 3 days and offered with 100% hike. I am very glad and thankful to Mr. Kumar on proving my achievement in my first job trial itself.
