The age may get limited if one does not perform yoga..but the process of aging can be limited by regular performance of yoga..n right from the Garbh Sanskar to Antim sanskar the entire human race keep performing different forms of yoga where as the context n intensity differs ...n speaking... ...more

It may prove beneficial for weight loss loss provided 1) the participant is not att the beginner's level & 2) the set up of yoga hall is complete n foolproof. Ideally 40° temp. Shud be maintained for Bikram Yoga. Where the participants are adviced to drink warm water before the session so this warmth... ...more
