I am a professional Yoga Therapist and a Certified International Power yoga instructor, I was introduced to yoga at the age of 21. With the passage of time i realized the importance of health and dove myself deep into years of education and practice of yoga. This became a turning point in my life. I completed M.Sc in Yoga Therapy from Kasturaba Medical College, Manipal.
