IdentityI have experience in teaching and supporting children with Special Educational Needs such as Children with Autism spectrum disorder which includes, PDD NOS, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder – ADHD, and Special Learning Difficulties. I completed my PG Cert in Autism (Children) at University of Birmingham UK. I got professional training from Puzzle Centre at BuckinghamShire, UK for more than 2. years. I will be able to develop IEPs (Individual Educational Plan) for children with special educational needs in main stream education using the intervention methods to support them achieve their potential. I got trained in developing learning skills for children who need extra support to integrate with main stream education. I worked as Team Leader Of Supportive Instruction Department in Global City International School from 2015 September to 2017 May. My work in GCIS started with Baseline Assessments and Initial Screening for Learning Difficulties / Behavioral Challenges with which I was able to create Lesson Plans for English Literacy, Arithmetic and Behavioral Interventions according to each Child’s learning abilities and Challenges. I recently completed the Scrum Master certification (valid for 2 years which helps in managing projects) after I joined online E-Learning Team at Ed Queries. I also have special interest in Architectural Design for Autism as I have studied B Arch (Under Graduation).
