Hi past 10 years i am teaching gymnastics to a lot of schools and college students and dancers. I have traiend my students to national level. basically Gymnastics is the mother of all sport which will give you a strength,flexibility,concentration and can lead a healthy life.My way of teaching is unique depends on a person and need. According to the person i will teach the skill progression.The sport of gymnastics teaches gymnasts how important it is to have a balanced diet in order to each their highest potential. Gymnasts also learn the importance of strength. Strength and conditioning builds muscle and helps prevent injury to your body.Because you have to use your muscles to such a large degree while doing gymnastics, the sport will definitely make you stronger. You will notice that your muscles begin to gain more definition and tone and that you find it easier and easier to do moves that were hard when you were just starting out. This strength benefits other parts of your life as it makes you strong enough to carry large bags of groceries, your kids and other heavy things.Because gymnastics helps promote a healthy body, adding it to your routine can help ward off a range of diseases. Experts say that this includes heart disease, cancer, obesity and diabetes. A regular and consistent routine is the best way to reap the rewards that gymnastics has to offer.Weight-bearing exercise benefits your bones because it helps them stay in shape and prevents brittleness. Women in particular experience a loss of bone mass as they get older, so engaging in weight-bearing moves from a young age can help preserve bone density and keep women from developing the bone disorders that sometimes come with age.
