V-Yog

V-Yog is a yoga studio based in Bangalore, founded by Vivek. With emphasis on traditional asana practices, breathing techniques and meditation, Vivek practices thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

The school was started in 2017 with just 3 students and over the period of 3 years, the school has trained & taught more that 100 students.

We have regular Yoga classes in the morning at 6am and in the evenings at 6:30pm on Mon-Wed-Fri.
The school conducts weekend teacher training program for students who would like to know deeper aspects of Yoga. Through this program students will get and International Yoga Training Certificate.

The studio also conducts a unique meditation class - Crystal Bowl Singing Meditation. One has to experience this to see the effect. Over the period of 2 years we have helped reduce stress, anxiety & other stress related ailments in individuals through sound meditation.
