I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and dietician from 5 years and has a good understanding about how different body types respond to different physical conditions. I first try a new diet on myself and then recommend to my clients. That was the reason most of my clients get most satisfying results. Also I dont just provide training but train my clients in a way that they can maintain their weight for the rest of their lives. I can speak English, Telugu and Hindi.
