I have been teaching and practising music for thirty-five years. I completed my Juniors in Veena and went on to finish my Seniors course as well. I have given many cultural festivals and attended various programs in Veena at institutes such as MAYO hall and Kannada Bhavan. I had the privilege of being taught by Vani Veena guru, and I used to work as a coordinator for her institute, Vani Kalavidya. However, the institute is now closed, and I have been teaching music entirely as a freelancer.
My love for music started at a young age, thanks to my mother, who was a senior vocalist. Watching her perform and practice inspired me to take up the Veena and pursue music as a career. I have received many momentary awards at various functions, and I am proud to say that I have completed the Senior level in Veena. I currently teach Veena classes for beginners and intermediate learners, both online and offline, and for all age groups. My teaching methodology is one on one, and I follow a lesson plan that caters to the specific needs of my students.
I also help my students to attend government certification courses by conducting interactive sessions. Additionally, I have created my reference videos and notes on theory as per the exam syllabus. I also share other sources with my students to ensure they can access various study materials. As a music teacher, I am passionate about spreading the joy of music to as many people as possible. Music has the power to heal and transform, and I am committed to helping my students develop their skills and achieve their musical goals. Seeing my students grow and succeed in their musical journeys brings me immense joy.
