Basically, I learnt Yoga from a Gurukula and have been practising Yoga from my childhood, and have completed a Yoga Instructor Course successfully from SVYASA Yoga University. Preparing for PhD in Yoga.
My teaching methodology is based on Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Sutras.
I have conducted Yoga sessions on Overall Fitness and stress management for the employees of Tech Mahindra.
I have conducted Online Yoga Sessions for people who are far away.
I have been conducting personalised sessions on specific requirements for Weight loss, Thyroid improvement, diabetes control, stress management, flexibility improvement and Boosting Energy and immune system.
