For Biotechnology students, following basic computer skills are necessary: Knowledge on operating basic OS like Windows or Mac (easy, I believe!) MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT: Basic knowledge of MS Excel helps when you have to work with huge amount of data and play with it. Excel really makes it easy.
