You can create a login page, design a form, create forums, dynamic and static websites and many more with PHP. But in html pages contain only markup tags which describes how to show a web page. php supports all databases as a backend to save data in like MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, Solid, PostgreSQL, Informix , where as in html there is nothing like saving data. read less
