Start working on your weak areas and try to solve as many problem sums as you can in a day because in Banking you need to make strong your Aptitude as well as Reasoning part. Moreover what is needed is Time management because this is the main reason why you are not clearing your exams, work on it. Also try to use your brain in calculating instead of pen and paper because it takes few seconds to solve the question. I hope this may be very helpful to you. Good Luck !! read less

As per your concern towards banking jobs i would primarily suggest you to have a full focused preparation for banking exams this year and mainly try to have speed on solving the questions because in banks exams speed of solving questions matters more opt for seed test available online or also available with institutions providing coaching for banking. There are other options apart from bank exams preparation are professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountancy (CA),Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA), Company Secretary (CS), Indian Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA) and MBA in Finance. all the best for your future. read less
