Overview

Cooking is my Hobby. However, I have slowly development my interest in to a Profession.
There was an incident,which probed me to take up
this as a challenge to grow.
According to me in this world a deadliest easy work /job is nothing but Eating.
We simply eat one dish & concludes our decision very quickly,but a person who prepare the Dish/Food may know the hard work behind it.
That is called Cooking.
This conclusion I have made,when I observed my Mom in the kitchen.May be it is our daily need but if you deeply study about it,then you will come to a conclusion that Cooking is a service.
The service which made by our mother cannot be paid.However if we expect the same service from others then it may varies or get paid.
So, keeping this point in my mind. I have slowly started making pickles of veg/non-veg & started supplying to my neighbours,friends,relatives...etc.
Hence,we have not made this Business as so popular brand to put outlets or branch's.

My curriculum include EMDC method which comes only by Practising. I worked a Short order cook in Multichannel Restaurant, I'll prepare more than one order at a time. One main skill is Interest of Learning,patiece to tolerate Hot kitchen,and standing for long period of time,Orgainizing,Problem solving,Cooking terminology,Dexterity,General knowledge,Able to communicate with minimum of three languages. My aim and mission is to develop employment with culinary arts skill.However, Degrees/Education may not get perfect dream job for everyone. Finally I have achieved what I want. So, I thank Urban Pro.com for creating platform for skilled professional like me and giving me such a great opportunity to work as a Professional Culinary Art trainer .
