Good academic record, with two years of tutoring experience. Extra classes for students who need extra attention. I believe in developing morale as well. My students were always among the top 5 in their batch. They were not so interested in studies at first, but trying a better reward system can never go out of way, and the reward system i use is only building morale, helping them understand that its for themselves, not anyone other. They need to study for themselves. And also i take frequest test series and improve their academic score.
My students also won many essay and debate competition. I myself am a follower of discipline rule. So motivating students to adapt to this habit is one of my major goal so that they can efficiently perform. No play and only study will not make the child a brilliant one. So i try to motivate them so that they participate in atheletic games as well, which will in turn help them to develop thier personality.
