It's is the official 2nd language in most countries States .

Because Britishers have huse area of colonisation. 

Exam papers worldwide is set almost in English language .

This language breaks barrier the boundary of countries .

It gives access to meet people and communicate with them , understand their culture , need and to complete work with them .

It is the language used mostly by business world too. 

To grow business English language helps in different locations of the world .

Many applications , computers , tools are prepared in English language . Coding , programming in computers and related work is also through English language . 

Computer is an electronic device. It works on current . Current has two stage . Either ON or OFF. It is shown as 1 ( for On) and 0 ( for off). It is known as Binary ( means only 2, here 1&0). Computer understand only Binary language ( which has only two alphabet 1&0). 

So computer don't understand human language. 

Now question comes to mind human enter his own language and computer works , how.

Internally through software , computer concerts human language to binary form . It is carried by INTERPRETOR or COMPILER or..

So human language is different and electronic device language is different.
