Which companies give job opportunities for women after a career 2 to 3 yrs gap?

Gap does not matter for getting a job in any sector/company. If she has the skill, talent, confidence, expertise, positive attitude towards her work, punctual, honest, dedicated, smart worker, then definitely will be hired by the recruiter.
But but but
as she has no previous experience, during the interview, she has to express accordingly. And the answer must truth of the question WHY GAP? The interviewer will observe it.
